Our cattle take part in essential conservation grazing work and your sponsorship will help support those projects! The cattle play a vital role in creating/restoring and maintaining wildlife habitats across sites such as heathland restoration projects and ex-landfill sites that are being rewilded. These sites are a haven for wildlife, providing the perfect habitat for a huge number of birds (especially ground nesting), insects, invertebrates, amphibians, reptiles etc.

Meet the Coos
The coos that we have for our sponsorship packages are those who take part in our experiences, so that if you pay us a visit you can give your very own sponsored cow a cuddle! All of the details of the cattle can be found below!
Ruby
Age: 14

Favourite thing: Food

Bio: Ruby is one of our show cows, she was shown a lot as a youngster all around the country! She is enjoying her retirement from showing now out in the fields and loves coming into the experiences for brushes and snacks!
Zeus
Age: 9
​
Favourite thing: being brushed
​
Bio: Zeus is a big softie! Visitors are often shocked at how calm and gentle he is for such a big boy, as well as being in awe of his gorgeous beach waves! Zeus is father to all of our Highland calves.
Summer
Age: Born April 2025
​
Favourite thing: Back scratches
​
Bio: This adorable little cutie is Elsa's calf, she is a lovely bundle of fluff with a cheeky temperament!
Clara
Age: 1
​
Favourite thing: Grass
​
Bio: Clara is the epitome of a perfect Highland cow, from her beautiful red colouring to her super thick shaggy hair! She certainly is going to be eye catching when she grows up!
Clementine
Age: 1
​
Favourite thing: Relaxing in the shade
​
Bio: Clementine is one of the shier members of the herd, however she is growing in confidence everyday! She is a big fan of kicking back and relaxing under the shade of the trees on a nice sunny day!
Minstrel
Age: 5

Favourite thing: Fringe brushes

Bio: Minstrel is a very sweet cow and one of our firm favourites! She's very gentle and loves a good brush! She's one of our slobberier cows when being fed so make sure to roll your sleeves up! She is another fantastic mum and a great cow to have in the herd! She is mummy to Belle.
Belle
Age: Born April 2024

Favourite thing: chin scratches
​
Bio: Belle is minstrels daughter. She is a very sweet and playful calf! She very much enjoys having cuddles and snacks in the experiences and will sit for hours being brushed and scratched.
Tinkerbelle
Age: 1
​
Favourite thing: Food
​
Bio: Tinkerbelle although not the largest is the boldest of her siblings. She is very inquisitive and is always the first one to the bucket of food!
Blondie
Age: 1
​
Favourite thing: Her friends
​
Bio: Blondie is a lovely member of the herd, she gets on with all of the other herd members and can often be found dozing with her sisters under the shade of a tree!
Mocha
Age: 6 months
​
Favourite thing: Grass
​
Bio: Mocha is the youngest of our 2024 born calves and she is definitely the fluffiest (and maybe the cutest)!
Elsa
Age: 9
​
Favourite things: anything edible
​
Bio: Elsa is the calmest and sweetest natured of all of our cattle and she passes that nature onto her wonderful calves. She's always the first one waiting by the gate to come in for the experiences in the morning and is leader of the herd. She is mummy to Misty and Teddy.
Sandy
Age: Born April 2024

Favourite thing: grass, grass and more grass
​
Bio: Sandy is newer to our experiences having not grown up with a mum that takes part, but she soon learned how fantastic taking part in the experiences can be! She loves her food and really enjoys a good cuddle!
Maple
Age: 1

Favourite thing: Food
​
Bio: Maple is very cheeky, she will eat anything that looks like it could be remotely edible. She is also learning to love brushes!
Juniper
Age: 1

Favourite thing: Snacks

Bio: Juniper is our gorgeous black beauty! She is so eye catching with that lovely glossy black coat! She is a firm favourite on the farm!
